Face & Body Soaps
We can help you with your choice: find your favourite soap for fat, dry or even mixed skin!
Our soaps are made from natural ingredients and selected, high quality raw materials.
The handmade natural soaps are so soft that you can use them also for a problem skin or dermatitis for daily care.
Soaps with healthy oils for the skin:
In the cold process lies the secret of handmade soaps. Fats and oils consist chemically of fatty acids and glycerin. Three fatty acid molecules are attached to a glycerol molecule. Therefore, triglycerides are also mentioned. When saponified, this fat molecule is split up, the three fatty acid parts each combine with a lye molecule and thus form a "salt" of acid and base, ie, a soap molecule. The glycerin remains in this process. The soap industry is washing this glycerine out of the soap. It is too valuable for the industry and it can be used elsewhere. During the cold process, however, the natural glycerin remains in the soap and can thus unfold its nourishing properties. This is why cold-soaked soaps are much softer and softer than industrially produced soaps.
The addition of nourishing oils
After the saponification process begins, the mass becomes ever thicker and puddier. Here, the soap maker must catch the right moment, not to add too early or too late his mixture of care oils. If it is too early, then the valuable oils are saponified, if it is too late, you get a friable mass, which is hardly bubble-free and homogeneous in the form.
